Free Mental Health First Aid

Are you a Yarra Ranges resident who volunteers in the Yarra Ranges? Would
you like to increase your confidence in responding to people experiencing
mental health problems?
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) will teach you how to provide initial support to
adults aged 18+ who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health
crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.

Pathways for Carers

The Pathways for Carers project offers carers of people with a disability or mental illness an opportunity to share walks together and to learn more about news, services and support available to carers. Looking forward to welcoming our carers back in 2021. Date and time to be advised.

HEWI is a community group acting to protect and conserve our local environment.

Family Waterbugs Workshop is suitable for children aged 6 – 16. Bookings are essential.
Cost: $10 per child – Accompanying adults attend for free. Register by Thursday 29th April.

Step Back Outside

A free support group for those who feel that they would like to reconnect to the outside world after the COVID19 shutdown. This is a small group which includes social activities and discussions.
Wednesdays from May 19th.

Healesville Arts and Minds

Explore the beauty of creative arts and share information about mental health. This group is about enjoying social connections and peer support. New members welcome.
Tuesdays from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Fees: Gold coin donation and HLLC membership
