Introduction:

With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the way we access our world and support ourselves has changed. Regulations to physically distance and not go out are having an impact in many ways across our community. For people who are isolated or experience concerns with mental wellbeing, this has added a new layer of challenges. The HLLC is seeking to support the people of Healesville and the Yarra Ranges through a series of local online forums and increase their capacity and resilience.

Purpose:

To connect people who are experiencing similar circumstances.
To share ideas and to promote mindfulness and mental wellbeing.
To ensure people are linked with appropriate supports if needed.
