Enrol
How to enrol:
There are 3 ways to enrol:
1. In Person – Come to 110 River Street Healesville in the Library Complex. Complete an enrolment form and pay for the program.
2. Online – Download and complete an enrolment form and then call the office on 5962 5982 to pay over the phone with an eftpos card.
3. By Phone – Call us on 5962 5982 ask for an enrolment form to be emailed to you or complete an enrolment form on the phone with us and pay for your program.
Note
- All Hobby, Leisure & Recreation Programs new enrolments can start at anytime during the term.
- Skills Development Programs enrolments starts can be negotiated with the trainers.
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of completed enrolment form and payment in full only.
Enrolments will be processed strictly in order of receipt.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, bank transfer and credit card.
COVID19 Guarantee
In the event of increased COVID19 restrictions:
Where programs have already commenced, HLLC will schedule make-up sessions.
Where programs are yet to commence, HLLC will provide a class credit to be used within 12 months.

The Centre is open for enrolments Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Enrolment is possible via credit card over the phone only after receipt of completed enrolment form.
Membership
Membership may be paid at any time during the year and will expire at the end of the calendar year (December 31st).
Refunds and Withdrawals
HLLC reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient numbers.
If HLLC cancels the workshop for other reasons, you will be entitled to a full refund to 100% refund (*see notes on Covid), or you may choose to transfer to another date subject to availability.
If you decide to withdraw 7 or more days prior to the workshop date HLLC will retain a 10% administration fee.
If you decide to withdraw less than 7 days prior to the workshop date HLLC will retain100%of your workshop fee.
Should HLLC have to postpone the course due to Government changes relating to a Covid 19 response, we will let you know as soon as possible. Affected participants will be sent a notification that includes details on how to rebook another date or workshop. While cancellations on our part may be refundable within the same specific time period, we hope you will consider bearing with us in these precarious and trying times, and consider the reschedule date where possible.
There will be no refund if the participant cancels after this time
Privacy
Information that is collected by Healesville Living and Learning Centre is supplied to government bodies as a condition of our funding, and is kept strictly confidential.
Children are not permitted in class
Animals are not permitted on site.
