Mums & Bub Yoga
A calm, supportive class for new mums to rebuild strength gently, stretch safely and find a little headspace while your baby grows. Expect low‑impact movement, breathing and connection with others in the same season of life — supporting mood, confidence and healthy routines.
- Tuesdays 9:30 – 10:30 am
- $90 per term or $15 per class; min. 5 participants
- Great for: easing tension, core stability, lifting confidence and perinatal wellbeing
Chair Yoga
All the benefits of yoga without getting on the floor. Gentle, joint‑friendly movements from a chair to build strength and balance, improve posture and release stress. Ideal if you’re returning to movement, have limited mobility or simply prefer a steadier pace — with a focus on stability, confidence and everyday function
