1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation email from our team, typically within 2 business days of submission.
2. Access & Timing Rooms are available from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Please ensure you do not enter the room before your scheduled start time and that the room is vacated promptly at the end of your booking period.
3. Using the Rooms Your booking time must include set-up and pack-up. Please return furniture to its original layout or discuss needs with staff. Ensure all lights and air conditioning/heating are turned off before leaving.
4. Kitchen & Cleaning Tea and coffee facilities are available. We provide tea, coffee, and sugar — please BYO milk. Wash, dry, and put away dishes. Wipe down benches and microwave if used. Any spills must be cleaned immediately.
5. Security & Safety The hirer is responsible for the safety of all participants during the booking. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked upon departure if you are the last to leave. Do not prop open fire doors or interfere with fire safety equipment. In the event of an emergency, please follow the evacuation signs posted in the room.
